We offer a range of classes, natural therapy services and treatments including, yoga, breathwork and meditation classes in our gorgeous studio with a view to die for, overlooking Torquay Front Beach, Cosy Corner and Point Danger; as well as one on one massage, naturopathy and Ayurvedic medicine consultations in our treatment rooms.
