Tim Altman B.Sc. B.H.Sc.
The Esplanade Torquay director.
Tim's personal journey from debilitating chronic fatigue in my early 20's to optimal health led him on a 30+ year investigation on how to optimise several aspects of health, well-being and performance, including how we eat and drink, breathe, sleep, think & emote, and behavioural and lifestyle factors that affect how we process information and stress at higher levels in the brain.
This ongoing personal search has taken him to levels of health and performance that he never realised were possible, and have inspired further education, so that he could help others to reach optimal health, wellness and performance.
His services include:
1. Nutrition.
2. Naturopathy
3. Breath coaching or respiratory therapy for asthma and breathing difficulties, snoring and sleep apnoea, anxiety, headaches and migraines, IBS and gut issues, fatigue, pain management, sinusitis and hay-fever, stress management etc.
4. Mickel Therapy for chronic fatigue, pain, burnout, CFS, fibromyalgia, anxiety, IBS, auto-immune conditions etc.
5. Behavioural and lifestyle interventions based on neuroscience research that take the body out of constant overdrive or 'fight or flight' mode.

Kelsea Marion
Hey all! My name is Kelsea Marion.
I’m 21-year-old qualified Pilates mat teacher and Pilates loving gal who has made her hobby into an aspiring profession.
I am a super energetic and easy-going person who loves to chat, adores the beach, snowboarding and of course my 2-year-old kelpie, Rufus the doofus! When I’m not on the Pilates grind I spend my time hitting the books studying Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin, or procrastinating by starting a number of new novels I am yet to finish.
I am so excited to be a part of such an amazing growing community here at The Esplanade Torquay and am super passionate about creating a space where we can all work hard, sweat and smile whilst doing it. I look forward to meeting all your new faces in class!

Alejsa Henry
I began my personal yoga practice journey in 2004, starting predominately with Iyengar and Hatha yoga. My love for yoga has grown and evolved across my life.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017, and then my yin yoga 50-hour teacher training in 2021. However, I am always a student before I am a teacher, and with a deep appreciation for the cultural origins of yoga.
My classes have a big emphasis on creating inclusive and accessible yoga for all folks, with a particular interest in trauma-informed yoga and yoga for diverse population groups.
